The Right of Blood, or Ius Sanguinis, is the law by which anyone with a little Italian blood in their veins can become a citizen of Italy, even if they don't speak the language, don't know the culture, or have never been to the country.
The Wrong of Blood is the exact opposite, it is the path, the work that those who do not have such blood must take to become Italian, even if they speak the language, know the rules of the country, and have lived there since they were born.
